The Chippewa Valley Equine Challenge is a unique event, competition and trade show - bringing together horse lovers from all walks of life to watch 6 horse trainers from the area go head-to-head for 2 days with 6 unbroken horses, in an effort to produce the best horse using the most dignified methods. Following the excitement of the competition, the horses will be auctioned to benefit the local 4-H horse and pony project and the Midwest Horse Welfare Foundation in Pittsville, WI.

The competition is reminiscent of similar events such as the very popular southern states “Road to the Horse” and the east coast “Equine Extravaganza”. Both events have consistently entertained sold-out crowds and are considered by many to be two of the premier “must see” events of the year. Your involvement in this event will bring exposure to a fantastic representation of the equine market through contestants, media attention, and spectators from the entire western Wisconsin region. This region’s equine industry is comprised of passionate horse enthusiasts who are eager to learn about exciting new products or horse related services.
